Your management panel is activated within 3 business days so you can start entering data for the modules you choose. If you pick one of our ready-made website templates, your site is ready in the same time; a custom design takes about 30 days, while you keep entering your data.

No. For standard use, hosting, SSL certificate, CDN, security, support and all updates are included in the package price. Custom design and bespoke development are charged separately.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time; we prepare an offer based on your remaining subscription period.

Yes. The new panel works with your existing data: your reservations, products, accounts and users are all there. No migration or re-entry is needed.

Yes. Your tours, hotels, transfers, villas and boats are on sale 24/7 on your agency's website, and you take card payments on a secure payment page. You manage pages, news and design from the panel.

Yes. You can take pre-bookings that are valid until a given date and keep a waiting list for full tours. Pre-bookings are tracked in a separate list in the panel.

Yes. Your sub-agencies sell with their own users, and you can set credit limits for them. Suppliers such as hotels, tour operators or villa owners edit only the sections you allow, through the extranet.

An invoice is prepared from the reservation in one click; VAT and accommodation tax are separated automatically, and a GİB-format number and UBL-TR XML are generated. Sending invoices to the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB) requires your e-invoice integrator to be connected to the panel.

Yes. Payment reminders, pre-service information and thank-you messages go out automatically at the right time, by e-mail, SMS or your WhatsApp Business account. Reminders are off by default; you switch them on.

The connection is encrypted end to end. There is two-step verification, screen-by-screen permission profiles and an audit log that records every change; card details are never processed in the panel. You track data protection (KVKK) requests with a legal deadline counter.

Yes. You track data subject requests with a 30-day legal deadline counter, and a person's reservations, passenger records and membership come out in a single printable report. People who object to commercial messages are automatically excluded from bulk sends.
